| We are now present with an own representative
office in Uzbekistan in order to assist Western European and
Central Asian companies in their international business activities
and to facilitate the market entrance and the local contacts
with potential customers and suppliers in Central Asia and Western
Europe. |

| In September, Rifai & Partners has opened a representative office in Budapest from where we provide competent and comprehensive business services for our customers wanting to establish local business relationships or to set-up own activities in Central Europe.

In the context of the internationalisation strategy, Rifai & Partners has opened two further representations: one in Cairo for a better coverage of the Middle East and one in Paris.
In January 2006 Rifai & Partners has realized a further step of its internationalisation strategy by building up a presence in the United Arab Emirates and in Mexico. Mr Tarek Awad will cover the region and follow the interests of Rifai & Partners and its customers out of Dubai, meanwhile Mrs Eva Noroña will be responsible for Mexico and Latin America. We are very happy and proud of having them on board.
